Isaac Fernández Montaño, who is one of the most renowned oenologists in Spain and who has a long experience from the most important wineries in the Ribera del Duero wine region has decided to take a new and interesting challenge which is to make Verdejo wine from Rueda DO.

Tasting notes
Very well made verdejo, this is not your typical verdejo it spent some time on lees which creates complexity and pleasant mouthfeel to the wine. You will find beautiful aromas and flavors of citrus, white flower and apple. Subtle minerality which gives it vibrancy. Great acidity, and balanced body. This is a fresh and refreshing wine for summer days.
