Limestone scree soils reflecting the summer sun with a clayey and deep soil not afraid of
droughts. A terroir which gives the wine great freshness, on the fruit and very digestible. 5 hectares of vines, family heritage for over 100 years.
Work in the vineyard with respect for the soil: use of cow manure, mechanical tillage,
manual disbudding, without chemicals, use of herbal tea. In 3rd year of conversion to
biological agriculture. All vinification is made at the estate in authentic buildings.
